  • Chandell Stone

    Founder

    Chandell began her career as an educator and school leader in NYC before becoming a noteworthy social entrepreneur. She is a YC alumnus, founder of several multi-national organizations spanning Africa and the Americas. Stone was also a 2022 Kapor Center Investment Fellow, with a focus on ecosystem development. Chandell has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from NCAT and a master’s in education (focus on ed tech) from Harvard.

    With over 6+ years of operations & management experience, Sophia continues to innovate & advocate for underappreciated founders to have access to resources and create spaces. She has run 20+ different entrepreneurship programs from weekend workshops, to month long exchange programs, and as an event planner she has successfully curated charity fundraisers, virtual & in person conferences, and showcases for rising founders

    Marcelo is a YLAI (Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative) Alumni, has +4 years mentoring and supporting startups in LATAM, a deal Partner at Ganas Ventures and Partner at MIU (Mexican Innovation University)

  • Phannuel Mijoge

    Director of Operations

    Phannuel is a graduate in IT and a Cisco Certified Network Associate who has transitioned into the realm of professional project management. With a foundation in information technology, he now boasts a well-rounded profile encompassing business management, operations, and community mobilization. His journey spans about a decade in the field of project management, during which he has adeptly overseen the successful execution of numerous large-scale projects, shepherding them from their inception to their triumphant completion.

  • Roxana Antohi

    Entrepreneur in Residence

    As the co-founder of La Huerta de Elisa, Roxana has helped create the first fresh and healthy children's food brand in Mexico. A Cambridge University law graduate, Roxana has previously worked in human rights, focusing on gender equality at the EU Delegation to China, and then helped scale a Latam-based ed-tech startup during the pandemic.

    Laura is a Mexican businesswoman and speaker. Finalist of the Progetto Milenio design competition by the Italian company Bruni Glass in Milan, Design intern at Studio David Pompa in Austria and Designer at Cerámica Suro in collaboration with Sami Hayek.

  • Estefania Hernandez

    Entrepreneur in Residence

    At 22, Estefania left her ITESM International Business career to launch her second start-up Mi Dulce hogar an app that offers on-demand domestic cleaning services. Estefania’s goal is to formalize domestic workers’ work in Latin America. The app has so far provided +100000 services and raised $1 million USD in investment. Estefania has received several awards from national and international institutions such as Mass Challenge, Endeavor, YLAI, and in 2018 Forbes Mexico magazine named her as one of the “30 promises under 30”.
