AI Chandell is a virtual business coach that combines the expertise our founder has built over the last decade launching and coaching startups and small businesses. It has a conversational interface, contextual awareness and personalization to learn your interests and preferences over time.

How does it work?

You can chat with AI Chandell as well as her other expert assistants in natural, everyday language. They understand you and respond just like a co-worker would, and always professionally. For the most relevant information, you can have a back-and-forth conversation and ask follow up questions to clarify your needs.

What should I use AI Chandell for?

AI Chandell is has been developed by the fast-growing startup team at Olympia to serve the needs of a startup team. AI Chandell is for solopreneurs and bootstrappers, because that's the world that we come from. That said, due to its advanced capabilities, AI Chandell and her assistants are a capable replacement for ChatGPTPlus other premium chat-based AI interfaces, boasting features like multi-user chat s and outbound email that are totally unique compared to competitors.

Who is Chandell?

Chandell is a serial social entrepreneur and consummate leader with global experience owning and operating high-performing organizations.

Education

She graduated with a BS in Mathematics from a prominent Historically Black University, North Carolina A&T State University, and then obtained her Ed.M. in Teaching & Learning from Harvard Graduate School of Education, with a focus on Education Technology.

Founder Experience

She launched Destination Impact, a volunteer travel company that supported sustainable development for NGOs across 6 countries. Chandell also has raised over $3 million dollars in philanthropic funding towards the launch of two educational institutions. As the former Senior Vice President of Programs and Partnerships at 3 Day Startup, Chandell launched their first accelerator programs (Mexico City, Vienna, and a virtual youth accelerator across sub-saharan Africa) in addition to brokering some of the organizations largest partnerships. Through her work as a coach, mentor, and director of accelerator programs, Chandell has supported hundreds of founders ranging from micro-businesses to venture backable startups.

Other Affiliations

She is an Alum of Y-Combinator where she participated as the only Black woman in a batch of 350 companies, and is currently a Techstars mentor. Chandell is also a Kapor Fellow 2022.
