The Everyday Investor Program

About Everyday Investors

The Everyday Investor program is grounded in the belief that investing should be more equitable. We are creating opportunity for diverse aspiring investors from across the Americas to gain access to resources, mentorship, and deals. Through this international 5-month program, our fellows will emerge with a thesis, network, hands-on experience, and a road map to establishing a career in VC, PE, or as an angel.

We are making entrepreneurship ecosystem more inclusive.

Lack of Ethnic Diversity in VC

In the VC and PE industry in the US, 58% of venture capitalists are white men, 20% are Asian men, 11% are white women, 6% are Asian women, 2% are Black men, and 1% Black women, 1% are Latinx men, and nearly 0% are Latinx women.

Lack of Gender Diversity in VC

An X-ray of the startup and venture capital ecosystem in Latin America found that, among many other findings, women continue to be underrepresented in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. In 2021, only 5% of the founding teams of startups and scaleups in the region were made up solely of women.
